The article includes instrcutions to delete all teh scanner instances and logs for the Endpoint without a reboot.


%Program Files%\CloudClient\tmp\avscanner consuming a lot of disk space

 ccbdscanxxx_xx.log consuming a lot of disk space.


Endpoint Version: and above

Please follow the instruction below in order to Delete the files/fodler from the folder:

1: Click on Antivirus->Antivirus scanner


2: click on Report->Delete All


Note: This is will delete all the files under \%Program Files %\CloudClient\tmp\avscanner

Any running scans will be canceled.
