How to configure the Antivirus module for a particular policy?

 

When you buy a new or upgraded license, you need to configure antivirus module.

Note

If you have already installed Endpoint Security Agent on the client machine, you can enable Antivirus module without reinstalling the Endpoint Security Software

 

 

Enable Antivirus Module:

  1. Open the iSheriff Cloud Management Portal
  2. Click on the Filter Management tab
  3. Go to Filtering Management and then Overview
  4. Edit a policy and navigate to the Endpoint à Antivirus tab
  5. Expand Antivirus Install and check Realtime Protection Enabled
  6. If you have already installed Endpoint Security software, you may also select Download and install Antivirus Module Automatically
  7. Click on Save button to accept the changes

Note

You must have the Antivirus license added to your account, in order to use this feature.

 

After saving the changes, it may take 15 minutes before the Antivirus Module become active on the client machine.
