Schedule a report to run daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. The report can be emailed automatically in PDF format to users in your organization.



Follow the steps below to configure a schedule or automatic Endpoint report(s):


  1. Login to the Cloud Portal
  2. Click on Reports tab and then click on Scheduled Reports.
  3. From the Scheduled Reports template, click on Add a new schedule
  4. On the Edit Report Schedule page, enter the report name under Schedule Name field.
  5. Specify a User Email address or multiple email addresses separated by a semicolon under Send To, who will access to this report.
  6. Select the frequency from Select Duration drop-down

  7. Select Endpoint from the Select Report(s) and then select the type of report(s) from the Select Endpoint Reports drop-down menu

  8. Select number of records from Show drop-down



If you do not select a report type, email report will be have no data.


When finish editing, click on Save button.
