How can I configure End-User Spam or Quarantine Notifications?


You can configure Quarantine so that end users can access the messages in Quarantine and receive Quarantine notifications.


To configure end-user quarantine globally for end-user access


In the Cloud console, go to Filter Management tab.

Then click Email Filter à Policy à edit the policy à User Quarantine Settings.

Enable User quarantine by selecting Default or Customized option.

If selected Customized, then Define when and how often you wish to send out quarantine message digests to the users.

Click Save to make the changes permanent.
