Realtime Antivirus shows "disabled by Policy"

By default, Realtime Antivirus is disabled under the default policy. In order to enable the Realtime Antivirus, follow the steps below:

· Log-in to the Cloud Console

· Go to Filter Management tab

· Click on Filter Management à Overview à Default Policy à edit

· Click on the Endpoint tab and then click on Antivirus tab

· Select the Realtime Protection Enabled 

· You may also select the Manual Scanner Enabled

· Also select the Download and install the Antivirus Module automatically

· Click on Save button to make the changes permanent





If you are installing the Antivirus manually, the options Download and install Antivirus Module automatically from the policy must be unchecked.
