In the inbound email summary, the policies triggered are not the policies setup in the filter management console. What are these Policies Triggered?

Policies Triggered stat on the Email Dashboard comes from sum of all the events that resulted in emails being rejected and quarantined.

Specifically, if you add up the values/counts assigned to everything except the Allowed bar in the Policy Trigger Events (By Request) on that same dashboard, it will equal the Policies Triggered value.

(e.g. RBL, SPF, Invalid Email Addresses, etc…)
