Remote Synchronization of Active Directory Users

You may use the Remote Synchronization Tool  for the AD users to sync with the cloud.

Follow the Instructions below to setup Remote Synchronization Tool

1. Log in to Cloud. (

2. Go to Filter Management tab.

3. Click on User Management.

4. Under the Remote Synchronization, check mark the Remote Synchronization Allowed.

5. Create a Connection Passphrase (for the synchronization of the tool with the cloud).

6. Save the details and download the tool by clicking on the Download Remote Tool option.

7. The File Downloaded is, extract all the files and execute the cr.exe

8. Enter the Active Directory information and click on Save.

9. Select the Groups tab and click on Get Server Groups.

10. Select the User Groups you want to synchronize with the cloud console.

11. Select the Synchronization tab and make sure the Passphrase is correct.

12. Click on Synchronize and the users should be visible on the console under user management.
