How to customize email footers for inbound and outbound Email Messages?


In order to customize the footers for inbound and/or outbound emails, follow the steps listed below:


Sign-in to the cloud management console 


Go to Filter Management tab


Then click on Email Filter à Setup à Customization for Recipient Domain 


Select a domain from the drop down menu within Customization for Recipient Domain.




Add the footers within the space provided under the Inbound and Outbound Fields and this information will be reflected in the emails being received or sent out by the configured domain.

If no footers was added then the default footer "mail scanned by iSheriff Cloud Security" will be used.
