In order to modify administrators for an account follow the steps listed below:


Log into the Cloud console and go to:


Go to Filter Management à Support à Account Details à Administrators

Note

Only an Administrator with Full Access can modify other existing accounts. A read only user only has the authority to change his own password.



The following entries can be modified for the existing users:


Username


Full Name


Role


Password

Click save after making any modifications for the changes to take effect.
