In order to exclude websites from getting filtered by the iSheriff cloud proxy you can follow the steps listed below:

 

Log into the Cloud account and go to: Filter Management à Setup à Connection Settings

 

Click Add Site within the Service Bypass option.

 

Add the website or domain needed to be excluded and click save.

 

Once all the required websites have been added to the list click the Save option at the bottom of the page for the settings to take effect.

To exempt a specific URL, the entry should be prefixed with 'http://' (e.g. 'http://microsoft.com'). To exempt an entire domain, omit the http prefix, and simply add the hostname or domain (e.g. 'microsoft.com').

 

The Service Bypass option is a Global setting and will affect all users. Once a website or domain is added to this option the default PAC file for the account is modified with the statements for sending traffic direct when browsing these websites.

 

You can view the PAC file by pasting its URL in any browser window. An example of the above listed exclusion can be seen in the following PAC file:
